Nick Hanneman is a Senior Vice President and founding member of the Compass | Boston office and partner of the Hanneman + Gonzales Team. Nick studied Art History and French at Boston College and University of Paris, Sorbonne, and has lived in Boston since 2002, cultivating deep roots in the community. Nick and his husband, Chris, share a passion for design and renovation and live in a loft in downtown Boston with their rescue dogs, Max + Zara, and also maintain a home in the seaside town of Provincetown on Cape Cod, MA.

A native of California with a background in luxury hospitality management, Chris moved to Boston in 2012 and joined his husband, Nick Hanneman, in real estate. Chris and Nick share a passion for design and renovation and live in a loft in downtown Boston with their rescue dogs, Max + Zara, and also maintain a home in the beachside town of Provincetown on Cape Cod, MA.
